Meet David Greenbaum, Vice President — Design + Marketing, NJIT Adjunct Professor

David leads Northeast Architectural, bringing a seasoned passion for design to the architect and builder community and their clients. With decades of creative and strategic leadership in interior and product design, manufacturing, and global sourcing, he focuses on elevating both interior and exterior environments through refined design sensibility and product innovation.

Formally educated in architecture, design, strategic management, and marketing, David values beauty, composition, and material integrity. He also collects decorative and fine arts, including important antique architectural drawings and engravings.

David earned his BA from Lehigh University and his Master's Degree from Columbia University, with advanced study at École Camondo in Paris and the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art (ICAA in NY., David is an avid skier, tennis player, former soccer coach, and has served for a decade as Historic Preservation Commissioner. 

Northeast Architectural is the vision of Jason Cohen, president and owner of Northeast Group. Northeast Group was founded in 1988 and has built a presence as a high-end building product supplier in the Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey markets. Seeing the need in the tri-state area for an all-encompassing luxury solutions provider for fenestration, cabinetry, and decorative hardware Jason has brought together elements of previously siloed product sales divisions into one company. His vision is supported by a state-of-the-art showroom that brings these products together under one roof and displays brands in a rich, enjoyable atmosphere.
