AIA Central Jersey Peer Practice Meetups
Small groups. Real conversations. Architect to architect.
We’re forming small, recurring peer groups within the AIA Central Jersey Section — architect-only spaces to talk shop, troubleshoot challenges, and support one another. These informal meetups have been successful in other AIA sections, and now we’re bringing them to CNJ.
How it works:
• Groups of 5–6 architects
• Virtual meetups every two weeks
• 1 hour per session
• No prep, no cost, no pressure
What to expect:
• Candid peer conversations
• Topics like:
• Client red flags
• Zoning headaches
• Practice management
• Staffing issues

• Groups curated by practice type, role, and availability
