Erin is leading the company into its fourth generation of family ownership. She assumed the role in 2014, following in the footsteps of her great-grandfather, Edward Fimbel Sr., who began the family's garage door legacy in 1924 through a franchise agreement with The Overhead Door Corporation. Under Erin's leadership, FADS launched "Operation Excellence," a continuous improvement initiative focused on enhancing quality and customer service. With a strong commitment to innovation and tradition, Erin continues to guide FADS as part of one of the oldest family-owned sectional garage door manufacturers in the United States still operated by its founding family.
