AIA CNJ past presidents Erin Sharp-Newton, M. Arch, Elina Shchervinsky, AIA, and LoriAnne Jones, AIA, attended the PWC NJ 2025 LeadHership Summit on January 30 in Bridgewater, NJ.
Erin Sharp-Newton and Elina Shchervinsky hosted an AIANJ WIA meet-and-greet table, while LoriAnne Jones supported ACE and DIGroup, event sponsors.
The summit brought together professionals from architecture, engineering, construction, law, insurance, and safety industries. Keynote speaker Heidi DeBenedetti, COO at Gilbane Building Company, shared insights on leadership, innovation, and team development. A panel discussion reinforced that strength and kindness are essential to leadership.
